I have lost people in SL. Most of them are lost just either to their lost interest in SL or the people in it. Real life always seems to invade our time there, but, this time the loss was completely unexpected and it took another beloved friend from our real and SL lives.  Every time I have lost someone like this, I always make something more permanent to remind us of them.  This time, Marcus, you can be worn by your daughters, your daughters daughters and your daughters, daughters... and other daughters.  You are very missed in the short time you have been gone, but hope your dancing feet continue to carry you as graceful around the dance floor as your mind carried you here with grace, compassion, empathy and pure class.

Triple Crown Hat Hunt

Ever wanted to be a part of society, where big hats, horses, and mint juleps where the highlight of your afternoon?  All of about 20 thoroughbred horses, the finest runners ever bred competing for a once in a lifetime opportunity, to Run the Roses... in celebration of that event, I have decided to take part in a "Millinery" hunt, where most of hat fanatics will find our crazy and yet outrageous love of the Triple Crown events to be held this month a reason to break them out....

Vacation is over with...

Building... in moderation

Lately most of my building has been put on hold as I am currently under the wonderful teaching hand of Mr. Moose in his amazing skill and patience to walk me through Mesh and his proper techniques to making sure that the mesh at hand is optimized and geared for the lowest impact possible.

Meanwhile, while I still work on those items, I have been working on a few just custom pieces here. I thought I might post these images here... perhaps it will inspire you? Or inspire me custom do an item for you!?

Short Story Contest

Domaine Imperium is holding a BDSM themed short story contest!  We want you to write in with your ORIGINAL, steamy, sexy short story that will swoon anyone's wobbly knees.  There is a 2000 word limit on each entry.  (Plagiarism offenders will be flogged harshly in the courtyard then hastily cast to the abyss)

First place - 2000L

Second place - 750L

Third place - 500L

You can write as many entries as you wish, but only the best entries will be able to place. (No one will be able to win first, second, and third in a sweep of entries).  Judging will be done by a three judge panel based on qualities such as theme, skill, creativity, and enticement.

End date of entries will be June 27th, 2013 3pm SLT, and the reading will be voiced by surprise guest on June 28th 3pm SLT.

This designer was happened on to just by chance, but the name should have gotten my attention. Bohemian Gypsy is one of those designers that takes her time, and shows a great deal of passion in her creations. I already have a very large chunk of her items, and I always am going back for more to see what she has created or slipped under the radar.

Updates Now Being Sent Out

If you currently own one of the collar's that you purchased from Designs of Mysteri, you will soon be receiving the new updated scripted version (3.8) for the OpenCollar scripts. Please let me know if you experience any difficulties and remember to be sure that you make copies of your item before you make any modifications. You can have your item redelivered, by visiting the store and clicking on a vendor board.

Also note, that if you did not purchase the item, and it was either given as a gift, or as a gratis item, you will need manually update your item yourself as you won't be in the system to receive an automatic update.

I have recently found myself and my seamstress background from real life bleeding over the line into cyber space. After contemplating much, I have found a niche that is not very prominent... which has been recently become a new joy for me.
